🔍 Why can’t I add the product to my Showcase?

If you see a “product promotion restricted” message when trying to add the product link, this is due to your current TikTok Shop account status.

This typically happens if your account is still part of the Creator Pilot Program, which limits which products you’re allowed to promote.

Even if you use the correct product link provided by us, TikTok may block it from being added to your Showcase.

To access and promote more products, you may need to graduate from the Creator Pilot Program (reach a higher level, such as L1+).
