On the Paperwork tab within settings, you are able to customize the template for your Invoices, Estimates, and Work orders; in addition to choosing from our 'Modern' and 'Classic' templates.
The Company Address section lets you add information beyond your address and contact details. This information will appear at the top of all your documents.
Any changes you make in this section will be applied to both existing and new documents.
NOTE: Changes made in Settings > Company won’t automatically update your paperwork. You need to update the Company Address separately.
Once you have filled out your fields accordingly, you may preview your template by clicking the 'Preview' button.
After selecting 'Preview' you can see your template come to life from the customer's view! Cool, right?
Always save your changes before previewing your paperwork to ensure they appear correctly.
