You may wish to adjust a members loyalty tier at some point - this is easy to do in Roadmap.
Navigate to the customer page within the loyalty module, then search and select the customer you are looking for:
On the right of the screen you will see the membership status panel:
Click update, and then select the tier you would like to change the user to:
You can also select the date you would like this change to happen.
Once this change has come into affect, you will see in the admin the details of the customers membership history.
This information will also be available for the customer to see in their own account and loyalty dashboard.
