Create membership tiers to reward your most loyal customers while increasing your average customer lifetime value.

You are able to create as many tiers as you like on Roadmap Loyalty, while also setting the threshold for how customers reach these tiers.

Point Tiers

Tiers can be achieved by hitting a level of points.

As a customer achieves the required points for the tier, the will be automatically moved into the new tier.

Product Tiers

Tiers can also be created for memberships where a customers can purchase a product and this will provide them access to a membership tier.

Mix and Match

As a store own you can mix and match the tiers that you set - this means that customers could have to buy product X to achieve a certain tier, and then in order to get to the next tier, they need to earn a certain number of points.

The choice is up for you on how you want to structure your loyalty, and how you want to reward your customers.
