Include or exclude products or collections from points

Brands often exclude certain products from earning loyalty points to protect their margins. High-demand or premium items, which customers are likely to purchase regardless of incentives, offer little strategic value in a rewards scheme. By exempting these products, brands maintain their profitability without diminishing customer loyalty elsewhere.

Roadmap allows you to choose between products, collections and/or variants.

Simply navigate to Loyalty > Ways to Earn > Add way to earn > Place an order.

Here you can make your selections, and then save.
