Reporting Rule Violations in Grand Mobile

Encountered a rule violation in Grand Mobile and want to report it to the administration?

Where to Find the “Complaints” Section

  1. Launch the Grand Mobile launcher.

  2. On the character selection screen, look in the top-right corner.

  3. You’ll see a “Complaints” button — click it to open the complaints section.

Tip: Before submitting a complaint, make sure you’re using the correct character — it’s best to report the issue from the account where the violation occurred.


How to File a Complaint Properly

Click “Create Complaint”

  • A form will open where you need to enter all details.

Specify the Offender

  • Enter the nickname of the player you’re reporting.

  • If you’re unsure about the spelling, double-check in chat or ask other players.

Describe the Incident

  • Briefly but clearly explain what happened, where, and when.

  • Avoid profanity or insults — stay polite and professional.

Attach Evidence

  • Screenshots (recommended formats: PNG, JPG)

  • Links to videos (YouTube, Imgur, etc.)

Important: Complaints without evidence may be rejected by the admins.


After Submitting

Wait for a Response

  • The admin team will review the complaint and may contact you for clarification.

Notification of the Outcome

  • You’ll find the results of the review in the launcher’s complaint section.

  • If sanctions are applied, the offender may receive a Ban, Mute, or another form of punishment.
