Appeal Process for Imposed Sanctions

If you believe that the imposed sanction (Ban, Jail, Mute, Warn) or the decision on your complaint is unfair, you can appeal or request a reconsideration of the outcome. Below is a step-by-step guide.

When to Submit an Appeal or Request for Reconsideration:

  • Disagreement with the punishment:

    If you believe the sanction was imposed by mistake or is overly harsh.

  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a complaint review:

    If you submitted a complaint (against another player, situation, etc.) but are not satisfied with the administrator’s response.


How to Submit an Appeal or Request for Reconsideration:

  1. Open the launcher and go to the “Complaints” section.

    • You can find this tab in the top right corner of the character selection screen.

  2. Create a new complaint, providing the following details:

    • The name of the administrator who reviewed your request or imposed the sanction.

    • The complaint number if you are contesting an existing decision.

    • The essence of the issue: why you believe the decision is incorrect, unconvincing, or incomplete.

  3. Attach evidence:

    • Screenshots, video links, etc.

    • The more detailed the information, the higher the chance for a fair reconsideration.

Tip: Formulate your complaint calmly, without emotions or insults, as this will speed up the review process.


What Happens Next?

  1. Re-checking the materials:

    The administrator or curator will re-examine the materials to make a more balanced decision.

  2. Reconsideration of the sanction/response:

    The sanction may be softened or canceled if new facts are found that change the situation.

    The decision on the complaint may also be reviewed and a different verdict may be issued.

  3. Outcome Notification:

    Feedback will be provided in the “Complaints” section of the launcher or directly from the curator.


Additional Escalation: Contacting the Curator

If you doubt the impartiality of the administrator:

  • Contact the curator of your server (contact details are available in the official Discord of the project).

  • Provide the complaint number, the administrator’s nickname, and a brief description of the disagreements.


Important: The curator may act as an independent arbitrator, but the final decision is always at their discretion within the game’s rules.

Thus, if you have valid arguments against the imposed sanction or believe that the response to your complaint was insufficiently fair, use the appeal procedure.
