Appealing Sanctions
In the world of Grand Mobile, players may receive a punishment (sanction) for violating the rules.
However, in certain cases, it is possible to appeal the imposed decision. Below is key information about the types of sanctions and how the appeal process works.
What Are Sanctions?
Sanctions are restrictions imposed on a character (or account) for violating the rules. They vary in severity:
Ban
Complete block of a character (sometimes the entire account).
The player cannot access the game using the banned character.
Jail
An administrative “jail” where a character is sent for a specific violation.
The duration in jail depends on the severity of the offense.
Mute
Restriction from using text and/or voice chats.
Applied in cases of insults, spam, flooding, or other communication rule violations.
Warn
A warning that temporarily prohibits joining any organizations.
Accumulating 3 active warns in a row leads to an automatic account ban.
How to Appeal a Sanction?
If you believe the punishment was unfair or too severe, you can try to appeal it:
Gather Evidence
Screenshots or videos that support your case or prove your innocence.
Contact an Administrator
Usually, you should reach out to the admin who issued the sanction or a higher-ranking staff member.
Explain the situation, attach evidence, and request a review of the decision.
Wait for a Response
The administrators will review your appeal and decide whether to reduce, remove, or uphold the punishment.
Additional time may be needed to investigate the case.
What Is Amnesty?
Amnesty refers to the removal or softening of a previously imposed sanction initiated by the administration.
It may be granted by the administrator who issued the punishment or by senior management.
Each amnesty case is reviewed individually and is not guaranteed, even in the presence of mitigating circumstances.
Important: The final decision on amnesty is always at the discretion of the Grand Mobile administration.
If you believe a sanction was unjust, be sure to use the opportunity to appeal.
But keep in mind: every case is unique, and the final word always rests with the Grand Mobile admin team!
