Snippets are the best way to transfer information directly from Grayscale or your ATS into your candidate conversations to avoid any errors.

Profile Snippets, Sender Snippets, Organization Snippets, and My Custom Snippets are all available in 1-1 messaging, bulk messaging, and within automations.

Profile Snippets grab the candidate's First and Last name directly from the candidate profile
Sender Snippets grab the sender's name directly from Grayscale
Organization Snippets are custom snippets created by Admins and shared to all of the organization's Grayscale users
My Custom Snippets are custom snippets only available to the user that created them

Note: In automations, the sender is considered to be the user that set up the automation, and Sender Snippets will reflect this.
