Surveys

  • There is currently only one type of survey with 2 questions total. You can customize what the questions say, but the response types are not modifiable. There is one 0-10 response and one free response.

Reports

  • We track a few different metrics in Grayscale on the account level that you can see under the Reports tab.

  • Cold Response Rate - the percentage of people who respond to the very first text you send. This gives you an idea of how well texts are working for you. Depending on your industry, we like to say anything between 25 and 45% is very healthy. Most people fall in the 30% range.

  • Cold Response Time - the average amount of time it takes for candidates to respond to the very first text.

  • Messages sent - the amount of messages that have been sent out using Grayscale.

  • Conversations - the total number of unique conversations.

  • We track all of those same metrics on the user level, across your team, and for automations.

Talent Pool

  • The Talent Pool is a comprehensive list of the candidates that have synced from Greenhouse. If you were to manually add a candidate into the Talent Pool, you would potentially create duplicates. So our best advice is to completely ignore the talent pool and utilize Greenhouse to reach out to candidates.

Prospect Pool

  • If Prospect Pools are a part of your workflow, you have the option to text lists of prospects within Greenhouse.
