Configuring User Settings and Notifications

Visit our Help Center Article: Here

  • Navigate to Grayscale’s main menu

  • Click on the “Settings” tab

Notification Preferences

  • Update what, how and when you are notified of messages

Browser notifications

  • Receive a pop up box and/or sound when a new message is received

External Notifications

  • Choose to receive a text message on your phone, an email, or a push notification via the Grayscale App

Message Delivery Failure Notifications

  • Always defaults to receive these notifications

Scheduling:

  • Add, update, or remove linkable calendars (Calendly, Goodtime, ScheduleOnce, etc.)

  • Can add a new link either via “ADD CALENDAR LINK” if this is the first time adding one

  • Or, via +NEW if you already have some set up

Templates:

  • Add, update or remove templates

  • Covered in depth in the the next section

Setting up Templates

Save and reuse your most frequent messages for easy access

  • Navigate to templates either via 1:1 text box in Inbox, or via Settings in the main menu

Creating a new template:

  • Click “New”

  • Check this box if you want to share this template across your teams

Editing or deleting a template

  • Navigate to the desired saved template

  • Click the gear icon at right

  • Craft edits

  • Save

Filtering templates

  • Filtering options

  • Mine: Your private templates (not shared)

  • Shared by team (public)

  • All available (both private and public)
