0:01 – In this video, we'll cover settings and notifications, so to update your login details, notification settings, make changes to your templates and more, you'll want to head over to your grayscale settings page This is also where you'll update your availability and autoresponder status and message From

0:19 – my profile and login settings, you can update your profile photo at a personal cell phone number or your work phone number and update your login settings You don't have to enter your cell phone number unless you want to receive text notifications.

0:34 – In notification preferences, you can manage what went and how you're notified of your candidates replies. Just toggle on the types of notifications you'd like to receive.

0:44 – You can enable browser pop-up notifications, sound notifications, or both. Keep in mind that enabling any of these options won't override your browser or device settings.

0:56 – If you spend more of your time on the go, enabling external notifications will ensure you never miss a response. The options here include text message notifications, and as I mentioned earlier, you can add your cell phone number in my profile and login settings to fully enable text notifications.

1:14 – Email. You can toggle this one on if you'd like to have notifications sent to your email and push notifications. But keep in mind, push notifications only work in conjunction with our mobile app.

1:27 – You can also set a delay of up to five minutes for all external notifications, which gives you a little more time to respond before being notified via text, email or push.
