Want to use WhatsApp to connect with candidates? Here's what we'll need to set that up!
Step 1 – Gather Details
The WhatsApp implementation is unique since the approval process actually goes to Meta (Facebook) for various steps. To start the process, there are some initial details about your business that we will need to submit to Meta on your behalf.
Company Name
This must match your Meta Business Manager name
Company Website
This will be displayed on your WhatsApp profile
Company HQ Country
Meta Business Manager ID
This can be found on the Meta Business Manager - Business Settings page, under Business info
Company Vertical
Rough estimate of how many jobs you will be filling internationally your first year
Step 2 – Submit the WhatsApp Setup Form
Once you've gathered the necessary information, you can use this form to submit it to us! We will use the information to submit a WhatsApp Sender Profile to Meta for approval.
⏸️ Your Grayscale Implementation Manager will notify you of when to proceed to the next steps.
Step 3 - Approve Twilio's request
Once Meta approves the WhatsApp Sender Profile, you will receive an invitation from Twilio, Inc in Facebook Business Manager - Settings, under the Requests tab. Click the Approve button for that request.
Step 4 - Submit Business Verification
WhatsApp requires all companies to submit Business Verification in their Meta Business Suite. Many businesses have already verified. If so, you can skip this step.
Average processing times by Facebook are 3-7 business days, but in some regions this can take up to 4 weeks. Here's the process:
