Forgot Password

The Forgot Password feature in the GreenCast Connect app allows users to reset their password securely if they can’t log in. This option is available only on the login screen.


Steps to Reset Your Password:

  1. Access the Forgot Password Option

    • Open the GreenCast Connect app.

    • On the login screen, enter your email address in the provided field. Tap on the Continue button.

    • Tap the "Forgot Password" button below the password input field.

  2. Request a Password Reset

    • After tapping the Forgot Password button, you will be prompted to confirm your email.

    • Ensure the email entered is correct, as the reset link will be sent to this address.

    • Tap "Send Email" to proceed.

  3. Check Your Email

    • You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

    • Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Important Notes:

  • Signed in with Google or Apple?

    • If you use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to sign in to GreenCast Connect, your password is managed by your Google or Apple account- not by GreenCast Connect.

    • To change your password, update it through your Google or Apple account

  • Pro plan subscription users can reset their password by visiting app.GreenCastConnect.com and following the Forgot Password steps listed above.

  • Ensure you have access to the email account associated with your GreenCast Connect app.

  • If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  • The reset link is time-sensitive. Complete the process promptly to avoid needing a new request.
