Use the Granum Training Mobile App to complete the training your company assigns in Greenius. This article shows crew members how to install the app, sign in with their phone number, complete lessons and quizzes, and finish a field checklist so their progress is automatically recorded for admins.

Before Starting - Checklist
You need:
✔ A smartphone (iPhone or Android)
✔ The phone number your admin entered when they added you as Crew (must receive text messages)
✔ Mobile data or Wi‑Fi (videos stream over the internet)
✔ For field checklists: your crew lead or designated approver with you in the field
The app supports English and Spanish. Tap the globe icon on the login screen to change language before you sign in.
Install Granum Training
The app is listed in the stores as Granum Training (by Granum). When you open the app, you will see the Greenius by Granum logo.
Most crew members install the app from the text message invite your admin sends. That link opens the correct store for your phone.

⚠️ Do not confuse this app with the older Greenius app used by some Classic customers. Your admin invite link always points to Granum Training.
Install the Greenius Training App
Tap the invite link in your text message, or open the store link above.
Tap Get (iPhone) or Install (Android)
Wait for the download to finish, then tap Open
Sign in to Granum Training App
Crew members usually sign in with phone + text code.
Admins who also use the mobile app can use email + password on the Email tab.
Sign in with phone (most crew members)
Open Granum Training mobile app
Make sure the Phone tab is selected.
Enter your mobile number
Tap Send Code
On the next screen, enter the 6-digit code from your text message
Tap Verify (or the app may advance automatically when all digits are entered).
⚠️ If you do not receive a code:
Confirm your admin added the same phone number you are using.
Wait a minute, then tap Resend Code.
Check that your phone can receive SMS (not blocked or on "Do Not Disturb").
Sign in with email (optional)
Some users with admin access also have email login:
Open Granum Training mobile app
Tap the Email tab
Enter your email and password
Tap Sign In
⚠️ Forgot password? Tap Forgot Password? on the Email tab and follow the reset steps sent to your email.
Access Training, Watch Videos, & Take Quizzes
Open your Training List
The bottom navigation has two tabs:
Training |
Training (default): courses and playlists assigned to you. On Training, you see cards for each assigned course or playlist. Each card shows:

💡 Pull down on the list to refresh if your admin just assigned something new.
Open a course
Tap a course card (or open a course inside a playlist)
The Course Detail screen opens with tabs: Overview and Lessons
Review the Overview if you want context before starting
Watch lesson videos
Open the Lessons tab
Tap the next lesson in the list (incomplete lessons are highlighted)
Watch the video. Use on-screen controls to pause, scrub, or go fullscreen
When a lesson finishes, the app marks it Complete and returns you to the lesson list
Repeat until all lessons in the course are complete
💡 Tips:
Stay on the video screen until it ends so progress saves correctly.
You can rewatch completed lessons from the course detail screen.
If a video says it is still processing, wait and try again later (your admin may need to check with support).
Take the quiz
After you finish all lessons:
Return to the Course Detail screen
Tap Take Quiz (or Time to review! on the quiz intro screen)
Read the intro, then tap Start Quiz
Answer each question and move through until you submit
You need a passing score to certify the course
✅ If you pass:
You see your score (for example, Quiz passed: 100%).
A Course Completed! banner may appear when everything is done.
❌ If you do not pass:
Review the material and tap to retake the quiz when the app allows it.
Complete a Field Checklist
Some courses include a field checklist after you pass the quiz. This is a hands-on verification in the field with your crew lead or approver (the person your admin may have set when they added you).
After you pass the quiz, the course detail screen shows a 'Field Checklist - Let your crew lead know you’re ready! needed'
Complete a Field Checklist (Approver)
The approver will complete the checklist on their mobile device along with the Employee.
Open the checklist from More > Field Checklists
Read the intro: Talk through each topic out loud, and have crew members demonstrate or answer each topic.
For each section/topic:
The approver confirms you demonstrated the skill, and taps Verify (or tap the section) to mark it verified.
The bar at the bottom shows how many topics remain (for example, Complete 3 topics).
When all topics are verified, scroll to Verification Signatures:
Checklist Approver checks the box to confirm they reviewed everything with you.
Learner checks the box to confirm you completed all items.
Tap Submit Field Checklist when the button turns green and is enabled.
After submission, the course shows Field Checklist Done and your admin can see completion on the web.

Troubleshooting
I cannot find the app in the store
Search Granum Training, not Greenius. Use the invite link from your text message if search fails.
Send Code does nothing or I get an error
Confirm your phone number matches what your admin entered. Check signal and try Resend Code. Contact your admin if the number is wrong.
My training list is empty
Your admin may not have assigned courses yet. Pull to refresh. Ask them to confirm assignments in Greenius web admin.
Quiz button is missing
Finish all lessons first. Return to the course detail screen after the last video completes.
Field checklist will not submit
Every topic must be verified, and both the approver and learner signature boxes must be checked.
Progress is not showing for my admin
Finish the current lesson or quiz, then wait a moment and pull to refresh. Make sure you are signed in with your work phone number, not a personal account.
