Overview
Field Checklists are the third and final step in the Greenius training process. Conducted live and in-person by a supervisor, crew leader, or manager, these checklists serve as a practical evaluation—reinforcing training and promoting safety, skill, and accountability in the field.
⚠️ Note: A checklist can only be completed after the employee passes the associated course exam. Training follows a three-step sequence: video → exam → checklist. If a course shows Checklist Due, the video and exam are complete and only the in-field checklist remains.
Complete a Checklist Using the Greenius App
Step 1: Open the App and Log In
Step 2: Sign In
Enter your System Manager username and password to log in. Use your Greenius manager credentials here, not an employee Training ID.
Step 3: Access the Checklist Section
Scroll and tap Field Checklists
Step 4: Choose an Employee
From your Crew Member list, select the employee
The left-hand column shows how many outstanding checklists are due per employee
If an employee is missing, use the Company Directory link at the bottom
⚠️ If your crew has no employees in it, or the wrong crew is assigned, the Field Checklists screen may appear blank or open an error page instead of listing employees. Add the employee to the correct crew, or use Company Directory to find them.
💡 If you do not have a crew set up, see Create a Crew in Greenius (Mobile App & Desktop). If a new crew will not save in the desktop portal and clicking Create loops back with no error, clear your browser cache and try again.
Step 5: Select the Checklist to Complete
Step 6: Add Additional Employees (Optional)
To conduct the checklist with more than one employee, tap Select next to each additional name.
Tap Continue when ready.
Step 7: Adjust Participants (if needed)
To remove someone, tap the red icon next to their name.
When your list is correct, tap Start Checklist.
Step 8: Complete the Checklist
As the employee demonstrates each skill, check off the box next to each point.
Tap Next to move through the checklist pages.
💡 Tip: You can customize checklists by editing points, adding new ones, or removing irrelevant items. Learn how to edit checklists here.
⛳️ Coaching Opportunity: If the employee misses a step, use the moment for coaching. Once corrected, check off the item and continue.
Step 9: Sign Off
Both the employee and supervisor will be prompted to provide electronic signatures to confirm completion
Tap I Accept
Step 10: Confirm Completion
A confirmation message will appear
Choose whether to start another checklist
Tap Yes to begin a new checklist, or No to return to the dashboard
Redoing a Completed Checklist
There is no reset button for a checklist.
If the checklist is still available, a supervisor can run the same checklist again as another in-field evaluation.
If the checklist was already completed and the app shows an error or no longer lets you re-enter it, recertify the course from Employee Training > My Employees > Tasks > Recertify.
If you only need the checklist step repeated, set Recertification Options to Checklist Only under Settings > Training Settings > Exam and Recertification before recertifying.
