System Titles

Understand and edit System Titles in Greenius, the role-based labels that identify equipment operators and system managers with access levels.

Written by Kaitlin Lane

System Titles are display labels only — they do not grant or limit permissions. A manager's access is determined by their permission level, so leaving a System Manager Title blank will not limit access.

For more detail on manager permission levels, see System Managers.

Access & Change System Titles

In Greenius, navigate to Settings > Company Settings > System Titles

Edit Training Checklist Titles

Enter the label you want to appear next to each role (Checklist Supervisor/Crew Leader, Admin Associate, Courses Assigned By) and select employee name from the dropdown.

📖 The Training Checklist Titles are equipment-related titles that appear on completed Training Checklists after a supervisor reviews equipment use with an employee and confirms they know how to operate that piece of equipment.

Checklist example labeled below:

  • Checklist Supervisor/Crew Leader = Green

  • Admin Associate = Blue

  • Courses Assigned By = Orange

  • Employee = Pink

Edit System Manager Titles: These are the Admin Titles. Type your employees' names next to each Admin role:
