Let our experts guide you through this explanatory video or this interactive guide in order to know why and how you can use Sustainable Procurement.
Two pages can be used to do so :
the My Suppliers page, where progress and detailed results of each supplier can be found
the Scoring Analytics page, where you can access dashboards describing the progress of your sustainable procurement journey and analyzing the results of it
My Suppliers page
On this page, you can see, for each of your supplier :
their score (a 0 to 100 grade), and the linked score letter (see this article to see the details of the scoring methodology)
their sustainable procurement questionnaire completion rate
their engagement status (Not engaged, Questionnaire Received, Scored, ...)
By clicking on a specific supplier, you can then find:
the supplier company information
its contacts details
its score detail, section by section, and even within a section
Advanced Analytics page
On this page, three different dashboards analyzing the results of your sustainable procurement can be found. Focus is made on your suppliers:
Engagement Status
GHG Emissions focus analytics
CDP & SBTi engagement analytics
Greenly score analyticsโ
Note: these dashboards are interactive! You can click on one graph to filter the others based on the response category you clicked on.
Engagement Status
On this page a dashboard that analyzes your progress allows you to quickly get an idea of :
The number of suppliers contacted and scored;
Their sectoral and geographical distribution;
The number of suppliers rated per week, and more.
โ
GHG Emissions focus analytics
This tab provides details of supplier emissions by sector and by scope.
Warning : If your suppliers didn't provide details of their 3 scopes in the questionnaire, you will not find any or only partial data there.
CDP & SBTi engagement analytics
The CDP & SBTi tab shows the number of suppliers engaged in CDP & SBTi, their SBTi status, and the distribution of CDP scores by sector.
Greenly score analytics
In the Greenly Score tab, you can see the average score of all your suppliers, overall, by industry or geography, the score letter distribution by industry, the list of your highest and lowest scoring suppliers, and more.
