It is not necessary to sign an NDA to load your accounting entries on the platform. Indeed, the processing of your data is already included in our Terms and Conditions of Use.
However, if you still wish to send us a document for us to sign, we will gladly do so.

You will find the list of all accounts to import for the monetary study of your report in this file (required accounts tab).

For the list of expenses, you will have to use the same format as our model. However, it is not necessary to use the template itself if you already have your document. Just make sure to follow the requested columns (Dates, Amounts (excluding tax), Category, Suppliers, Additional Descriptions).

No, you will need to delete the first file and download the new modified file.

Please note that this column will not be visible on the platform once your file has been downloaded. The goal is to use your file in parallel to associate (categorize) expenses with their emission factors faster on the platform.
