How to Leave or Edit a Service Review with your free GreenPal account.

If you've experienced less than satisfactory service or simply want to provide feedback to your lawn care provider, Your GreenPal account makes it easy to leave or edit reviews directly through your dashboard. Here’s how you can share your experience and help maintain the quality of services offered from the community of lawn care companies that pay to operate their business on the GreenPal network.

Leaving a Review

  1. Access Your Schedule: Log in to your GreenPal account and navigate to "My Schedule" in your menu. You can log in here.

  2. Select the Appointment: Tap on the appointment you want to review. This option is available immediately after the service has been completed.

Editing a Review

  1. Go to My GreenPal: Click "My GreenPal" in your menu.

  2. Edit Your Review: Find the review you previously left and click "Edit" next to it to make changes.

If you have trouble finding the right page, ensure you are logged into your account. Once logged in, use this direct link to go straight to the review section: Review Page.
