During this time, navigate to the "My Schedule" section in your menu.
Click on the recent appointment and follow the prompts to leave your feedback.
Review Missed the Window? If you miss the 48-hour window for leaving a review, just click "My GreenPal" in your menu. You can review your most recent transaction there (even if they canceled your service) and your experience with the lawn company you hired there.
