If you’ve received an unexpected charge from your lawn service after canceling all scheduled services, here’s what you can do to resolve the issue and ensure no further charges occur.

Steps to Address Unexpected Charges from Your Lawn Company

1. Contact Your Lawn Service Provider

Send a text message to the lawn service provider directly. They are likely on the job and may not be able to take a call immediately, but texting ensures they get your message. Discuss any concerns regarding billing and service scheduling.

2. Check Your GreenPal Account

Log in to your GreenPal account and navigate to the "My GreenPal" menu to find the provider’s contact information. This menu also allows you to review all your scheduled and past services.

3. Verify Your Cancellations

Double-check your account to ensure all services have been properly canceled. Navigate to your scheduled services to confirm that no appointments are active.

How to Find Provider Contact Information

  1. Log In:

    • Log into your GreenPal account from a desktop or laptop for the best experience. You can access your account here.

  2. Navigate to "My GreenPal":

    • Click on "My GreenPal" in the menu to access your lawn service provider’s contact details.
