If you've accidentally canceled a mowing date and need to put it back on the schedule, don't worry—it's an easy fix. Follow these steps to reschedule your lawn mowing service:
Step-by-Step Guide to Rescheduling Your Mowing Appointment
Log In to Your Account: First, log in to your GreenPal account on the website or mobile app using a Chrome or Safari browser for the best experience.
View Scheduled Appointments: Click "My Appointments" in the menu to see your scheduled, upcoming, and past appointments. This will help you keep track of your mowing schedule.
Set Up a New Schedule
Click the orange button in the middle of the screen labeled "Book Ongoing Mowings."
Select the new start date and end date for your service. This action will overwrite any previously scheduled dates with the new ones you choose.
Confirm with Your Lawn Care Service: If you haven't already, send a text message to the lawn care service you hired. Confirm that they can accommodate your new request and give them a heads-up about your new schedule.
Considerations
Remember that lawn care services have a 3-day window to accommodate your lawn each week due to weather, traffic, and equipment issues. They can come the day before, the day of, or the day after your requested date.
All lawn services using the GreenPal platform only take on clientele booked for the entire lawn-cutting season. Therefore, you must select an end date in October or November.
