If you want to see how a charge appears on your account or need to print/save an invoice, follow these simple steps.
Viewing and Printing Your Invoice
Log In to Your Account: Go to the GreenPal website and log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Schedule: Click "My Schedule" in your menu. This option is available on the website, not the mobile app.
Find Past Transactions: Scroll down to see your past transactions with the lawn care services you have hired.
View/Print Invoice: Click "View/Print Invoice" next to the appointment you are interested in. This will allow you to see the details of their charges they billed to your card on file from their card processor and print or save the invoice for your records.
