If you're having trouble verifying your phone number with your GreenPal account, don't worry! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue.

Step 1: Send a Text Message

First, send a text message with the word “start” to the following number:

(855) 624-0109

This should notify the system that you are subscribed and help you get past the verification issue.

Step 2: Check for Confirmation

After sending the text, wait for a confirmation message. This message will indicate that your subscription is recognized.

Step 3: Refresh and Log In

Once you receive the confirmation message, refresh your browser. Then, try logging into your GreenPal account again.

Alternative Solution: Use the Website

If you continue to experience issues, try logging in via the GreenPal website. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Login" in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Enter your login details and try again.

By following these steps, you should be able to verify your phone number and access your GreenPal account without any further problems.
