Ignite vs. Insights

What's the difference?

Updated over 7 months ago

Ignite and Insights are both analytics tools offered by Greenscreens to help you maximize your margins, but there are some big differences between the two.

Insights is a performance analytics tool. It helps you track your team's performance and quickly identify major successes and opportunities for improvements. It tells you which teams and agents are winning the most freight, and lets you set custom goals for your teams. The data you’ll find in Insights comes from your brokerage’s sales. Insights breaks down that data in several different ways for detailed analysis.

Ignite is a pricing analytics tool. Ignite tracks your quoting and pricing numbers and presents the resulting data in an accessible way to help you build a data-driven pricing strategy. Ignite provides a high-level view of your quoting success, focused on win rate and margin. It also includes detailed analytics and extensive filters for a close-up look at particular segments (transport type, location, etc.) and tracks the success of your pricing rules. Ignite uses your quoting data along with market information to provide you with an accurate, user-friendly picture of your quoting success.
