Customisation options are the personalisation choices members can make on a product before ordering:
Adding the club logo.
Adding the player's initials to the front.
Adding the player's name to the back.
To edit these options:
Click the Customisation options tab.
Toggle Enabled/Disabled for each option.
Enter the Price for each active option.
Click Save.

Why does "Option unavailable" appear on a customization option?
This message only appears when the option hasn't been enabled in the default settings. Check that the relevant option (club logo, initials, back customization) is enabled.
Why isn't a customisation showing on the shop even though the option is ticked on the product page?
A customisation option (club logo, initials, name on the back) is only offered on the shop if it is enabled at each of these two levels:
In the Customisation options tab of the shop concerned. If the shop has its own setting set to Disabled, it overrides the default settings.
On the product page, in the product customisation rules (Allow front customisation / back customisation).
If the option is ticked on the product but disabled at shop level, it won't be offered to club members. Switch it to Enabled in the shop's Customisation options tab, then click Save.
