Create, configure, and manage your kit sales end to end — no Excel, no back-and-forth, no data entry errors.
Overview
A kit groups several items together under a single overall price. It's the core of a "start-of-season kit" sales campaign: the member picks their sizes for each item in the kit and orders everything in one go. No more paper size lists, manual payments, or Excel tracking.
Kit types
There are three ways to use kits, depending on the club's situation:
Open kit (no redemption code): open sale — each member buys their kit directly from the shop, at the displayed price
Club kit (with redemption code): the club automatically assigns a unique code to each member; the kit is free for the member, the cost stays billed to the club. A member can also order the kit themselves, without a code, at the displayed price — useful for example if they want to buy a second kit.
Partially subsidised kit: the club covers part of the price via the code system (e.g. €15 on a €60 kit), the member pays the rest.
Create a kit
Access the kit editor
From your Retailer/Sales dashboard, select the relevant club.
Click the Kits tab.
Click New kit.
The kit editor has 4 tabs, to fill in in order: Info, Products and sizes, Pricing, Sale.
Info tab
Give the kit a title — it's shown in the shop and on orders.
If needed, add a description — it's shown on the kit's page in the shop.
If needed, set a start date and/or end date for the sale — the kit automatically goes on sale and is removed from the shop on the chosen dates, without any action on your part. When an end date is set, members see it in the shop: the kit shows an Until [date] label in the kit list, and the kit page shows a countdown, just like a time-limited sale.
Products and sizes tab
Click Add a product to select products from the club's catalogue, which includes the associated teamwear catalogue as well as any custom products created for that client.
For each product, tick the sizes available for sale.
If needed, enable the personalisation options available for that item: mandatory club logo, initials, name on the back. Initials can be disabled, optional or mandatory (see Mandatory initials).
Note: A message reminds you that your kit items aren't synced to supplier stock by default — this behaviour is set in the Sale tab.
Note: the sizes ticked here are independent from the sizes shown in the shop. Disabling a size on a shop product (the club's Products tab or Catalogues) doesn't remove it from the kits that contain this product, and vice versa. To stop offering a size in a kit, untick it here, in the editor of the relevant kit.
If you want to include a product that isn't part of the club's teamwear catalogue — for example a sublimated scarf or an unbranded training t-shirt — you need to create it first, before going to the Products and sizes tab of the kit editor.
Go to the Products section of the relevant club.
Create the product, filling in all the details: title, description, image, available sizes, price, personalisation options.
On the product page, enable the Available in kits channel (and Sell in shop if you also want it listed in the shop). The shop and kits sales channels are independent. A product can be available in kits without appearing in the shop, and vice versa.
Once created, the product automatically appears in the selection list when creating a kit.
Pricing tab
Choose your pricing method: Price per item (you set the price of each item), Fixed sale price (you set the kit's total price directly), or Discount (%) (you apply a % discount to the total RRP).
If needed, set the club's cashback rate: a % that applies only to this kit, calculated on the total RRP excluding personalisation. Leave it blank and no cashback is paid out. (see Cashback paid to the club)
If a mandatory club logo is enabled on an item, its price appears in the Personalisation section of this tab: adjust it kit by kit, independently of the value set in the shop's settings.
Kit price and mandatory logo
If the mandatory logo is enabled on a kit item, its price is added to the item's discounted price. The member sees the full breakdown: catalogue price, discount, logo cost, and final price.
Example: a kit with a t-shirt (RRP €25, discounted price €20) and shorts (RRP €25, discounted price €20), with a mandatory logo at €8 on the t-shirt:
Total RRP: €50
Discount: 20%
Club logo: + €8
Sale price shown to the member: €48
Cashback paid to the club
You can set a cashback percentage paid to the club on every kit sale. This rate:
is independent from the percentage applied to your regular shop products
is specific to each kit (you can set 10% on kit A and 20% on kit B, for example)
is calculated on the kit items' total RRP, excluding mandatory personalisation
Sale tab
Choose the kit type:
Without redemption code → open sale, each member buys their kit directly
With redemption code → the club assigns codes to reduce or cancel the amount due. The kit otherwise stays purchasable at the displayed price by members who don't have a code.
If needed, enable Show crossed-out RRP in the shop: the total RRP then appears crossed out next to the kit's price, when it's higher.
If you chose "With redemption code", enter the code value and the quantity of codes to generate, then, if needed, add instructions for members: this text is included in the email sent when a code is assigned (see Adding instructions for members).
Note: The code can exceed the kit's price — handy if the club wants part of the code's value to reduce the kit price, with the remaining balance freely usable on the rest of the shop. For the discount to apply, the cart must contain the kit associated with the code.
Choose the stock source for this kit:
Unlimited stock (default): items in this kit are available with no quantity limit — restocking is managed by you, outside the platform.
Supplier stock: the supplier's stock is shown on this kit's items — an out-of-stock item can't be ordered. This option is only available for suppliers who've connected their inventory.
This choice stays editable at any time, even after the kit is put on sale and has received its first orders (see Editing, archiving, or deleting a kit).
Click Save to keep the kit as a draft, or Put on sale to make it visible in the shop.
Sizes and personalisation
Child and adult sizes on the same product
The kit editor lets you add an adult variant and a child variant for the same product. Clicking Add an adult product merges both items (child and adult) and shows all sizes on a single product page in the shop.
Note: A kit's price is fixed — it doesn't vary based on the sizes ordered. The adult price is generally the one used. If you want to offer different prices for adults and juniors, the cleanest solution is to create two separate kits, each with its own price.
Personalisation options
A kit's personalisation options are independent from those configured on the shop. For example:
If initials cost €3 in the shop, you can enable them at €5 on the kit
You can disable an option on the kit while it's active in the shop, and vice versa
If the mandatory logo is enabled on your kit's items, the automatic injection of the club logo onto the kit's visual works exactly like it does in the shop — no specific visual needs to be created. ✨
Mandatory initials
Do your kits include initials in the price? Make them mandatory so no member forgets to fill them in. No more items delivered without lettering, and no more after-sales returns that come with them.
On the relevant item, in the Products and sizes tab, the Initials setting offers three states:
Disabled: personalisation isn't offered to the member
Optional: the member can enter their initials if they wish
Mandatory: the member must enter their initials to add the item to the cart
When initials are mandatory:
Their price is set to €0 and can't be changed: they're included in the kit price
In the shop, they're shown with the label Included, like the mandatory club logo
The Add to cart button stays disabled until the initials field is filled in
Note: mandatory initials are only available on kits, not on products sold in the shop. Name on the back remains an optional add-on.
Redemption codes
How to assign a kit to a member
Once the kit is created and on sale, it becomes available on the club's dashboard, which can then assign its redemption codes.
From the Kits tab of the club dashboard, open the relevant kit.
Click Assign a kit.
Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address.
How the member uses their code
A unique code is automatically generated and sent to the recipient by email, with a direct link to the kit. They choose their sizes and complete their order. The code is embedded in the URL, so it's automatically entered in the cart when the member clicks from their email — no risk of them not knowing where to enter it.
The code automatically reduces the amount due by the configured amount (down to €0 for a fully subsidised club kit).
Adding instructions for members
When creating a kit with a redemption code, you can add instructions for members. They're included in the email sent to the member when their redemption code is assigned, and can be edited at any time, even after the kit is put on sale (see Editing, archiving, or deleting a kit).
💡 Handy for sharing info specific to one campaign (fitting deadline, pickup store, etc.) without having to contact each member individually.
Adding new codes to a kit already on sale
Need more codes for a kit that's already on sale? From the kit's details page, click + Add next to the redemption codes to generate new ones. This works even if the kit has already recorded sales.
Following up with members who haven't redeemed their kit
The club can send a one-click notification to every member with an assigned but unused redemption code — handy for following up on a batch of unredeemed kits without having to identify each member manually.
Editing, archiving, or deleting a kit
Editing a kit
A kit stays editable at any point in its lifecycle, even after it's put on sale and has received its first purchases. Selected products, sizes, prices, lettering, stock source… every attribute can be adjusted mid-campaign, with no need to recreate the kit. Changes only apply to future orders: orders already placed stay unchanged.
Draft kit: freely editable, as many times as needed.
Kit on sale: click Edit on its details page, even after a first order or after redemption codes have been assigned.
Need more redemption codes? You can also generate new ones at any time (see Adding new codes to a kit already on sale).
Deleting a kit
Deletion is only possible for a kit that's still a draft, meaning it's never been put on sale. Once deleted, the kit disappears permanently.
Archiving a kit
A kit that's already on sale can't be deleted: it can only be archived. From its details page, click Archive to remove it from the shop.
An archived kit is no longer visible from the club dashboard.
It remains viewable from your Retailer/Sales space with the status Archived.
A Reactivate button lets you put it back online at any time.
Post-sale flow
With redemption code (club kit)
The only action needed on the club's side is assigning codes through their interface.
Your club assigns its kits to members.
Each member receives their email and orders their kit using their code.
The member can add other shop items to their cart, if you've made any available.
You track orders in real time from your dashboard.
Note: A member can also order the kit on their own, without a code, at the displayed price. The code system doesn't block open purchases — it only reduces or cancels the amount due when it's used.
Without redemption code (optional kit)
The kit is on open sale in the shop, accessible to any member. No assignment to manage — the club shares the link to the kit's page and can provide its member list so members receive an email invitation to discover the shop.
→ See the article Announcing the shop opening to members
Tracking and filtering your orders
From the Orders tab of the Retailer/Sales space, as well as from the fulfilment app, filter your orders by sales channel: Shop, Kits with coupons, or Kits without coupons. An additional filter by kit name lets you isolate the orders for a specific kit — handy, for example, for preparing your orders by category (U18, Seniors, U15…).
What you track from your retailer/sales dashboard
From the details page of a published kit, you have access to the following data:
Total sales: revenue generated by the kit
Amount paid by members: amount actually paid by the buyer, without a redemption code
Quantities sold: order volume
A breakdown of sales by variant, by size
A summary of the kit's information
FAQs
Can I create several kits for the same club?
Yes. You can create as many kits as needed. One per profile (player, goalkeeper, coach…), per age group, or per sales period.
How do I manage a kit partially subsidised by the club?
Set the kit's price at the full rate (e.g. €60), then set the redemption code value to the subsidy amount (e.g. €15). The member gets the discount and pays the rest (€45).
Can I make initials mandatory on a product sold in the shop?
No, not for now. Mandatory initials are only available on kit items (see Mandatory initials).
Do club discounts and cashback apply to kits?
The club discount set on the shop doesn't apply to kits: the price shown to the member is the one you configure when creating the kit. Cashback paid to the club, on the other hand, is customisable kit by kit (see Cashback paid to the club).
Can I restrict a kit to certain members only?
No. Once on sale, a kit is visible and purchasable by every member in the club's shop, at the displayed price, with or without a redemption code. The redemption code doesn't restrict access to the kit: it only reduces or cancels the amount due for the members the club assigned it to.
I disabled a size in the shop — why are members still ordering it?
A product's sizes are set separately in the shop and in each kit. If the size is still ticked in a kit, it can still be ordered through that kit. Open the kit, click Edit, then untick the size in the Products and sizes tab. The two settings are separate on purpose: some retailers have stock on sizes reserved for kits, without wanting to sell them individually in the shop.
Can I restrict products to certain clubs only?
Yes. Each club has its own shop. A product created from a club's Products tab is only offered in that club's shop (see this article).
