The Locations feature in Groovio, accessible via Groovio > Locations, enables you to manage multiple studio locations efficiently. This section provides an overview of your existing locations and allows you to add new ones as your studio expands.
Important Information:
Each additional location beyond your primary one incurs a charge of $139.50 per month. When you add an 'Additional Location Plan' to your Groovio account, Stripe will continue to process your original parent plan on the usual date, and the new 'Additional Location Plan' payment will begin to process monthly on the date you add this plan to your Groovio account. This means you will have two payments processed each month: one corresponding to the start date of your original Groovio subscription and another corresponding to the date you added your 'Additional Location Plan'.
Managing Existing Locations:
In the Locations view, you can see a list of your current studio locations with the following details:
Status: Indicates whether the location is active or inactive.
Location Name: The name assigned to the location.
Address: The physical address of the location.
Email Address: Contact email for the location.
Phone Number: Contact phone number for the location.
To edit the details of an existing location, click the Edit action next to the location's information. This allows you to update any of the above details to ensure accurate and current information.
Adding a New Location:
To add a new location:
Click the Create New Location button at the top of the Locations page.
Follow the prompts to enter the new location's details and complete the purchase process.
