We’ve added more flexibility to the Student Wallet—you can now reduce wallet balances, including setting them into negative amounts.
How to Adjust the Student Wallet Balance
Go to the Student Profile
Navigate to the Wallet section.
Adjust the balance as needed, including negative amounts.
Students can still make wallet payments through the mobile app, even bringing a negative balance back up to zero. You can also refund transactions to their original payment method, even if the amount was initially refunded to the wallet automatically.
