Canceling a Package

If a student no longer needs their current package, you can cancel it directly from their profile. Please note that canceling a package does not automatically issue a refund. Any remaining credits will be removed, and used credits will remain unchanged.

How to Cancel a Package:

  1. Go to the Student Profile.

  2. Click on the Packages tab.

  3. Find the active package and click the Cancel button next to it.

Note: Canceling a package will remove any unused credits immediately. Used credits will remain as-is.

Issuing a Refund:

Refunds are not processed automatically when a package is canceled. To refund the student:

  1. Navigate to the Transaction History tab on the student's profile.

  2. Locate the original package transaction.

  3. Click the Refund button (represented by a U-turn icon).

  4. Choose to refund either to the student’s wallet or the original payment method.

If the student is enrolled in upcoming classes, make sure to manually remove them from any sessions they no longer wish to attend.
