Due to a bug in our hosting provider, loading all of the guided videos at once is causing temporary crashing issues on some mobile devices. While we work to get this fixed, you we will have the final set of videos available in our article part 3.

Use your mouse to hover over the (i) icons as you set things up. These have detailed information to help with your set up and understanding of the system.

1. Complete your studio profile including toggling ON/OFF the options at the bottom. [Account > Studio Profile]

2. Connect your stripe account (not a test account) [Account > Studio Profile]

3. Set up your cancellation policies [Admin Settings > Cancellation Settings]

4. Set up waivers and policies [Admin Settings > Waivers and Policies]

5. Set up your Questionnaire and PARQ [Manage Studio> Questionnaire and > PARQ]

6. Add any Taxes you wish to charge [Account > Taxes and Fees]

7. Create your staff [Manage Studio > Staff]

8. Set Staff Permissions [Admin Settings > Staff Permissions]

9. Add any additional Locations [Locations]

10. Under Manage Studio, begin from Tags and move downwards through the list to set up your studio items [Manage Studio> Tags> Trick Lists> Rooms> Classes> Terms> Services> Packages> Memberships]

11. Schedule your classes under [Schedule]

12. Check to see your studio is appearing on the mobile app.

13. Add any retail products [Retail]
