Students are required to complete the waiver, PAR-Q, and any other set questions once they book their first class with your studio. Here’s how each element works:
Waiver: The waiver must be signed before the student’s first booking. Students cannot complete their booking without agreeing to the waiver, making it a mandatory step. They can also review the waiver at any time by selecting Waiver Policy on the app homepage.
PAR-Q and Questionnaire: These forms appear after the student’s first booking. Depending on your studio’s settings, the PAR-Q and questionnaire can be set as either mandatory or optional, allowing studios to collect essential information tailored to their needs.
Viewing Completed Forms: To view completed PAR-Qs, or questionnaires, go to Manage Studio > Students and select the Questionnaire or PAR-Q tab.
