The Groovio Business app lets you manage your studio from your phone. You can download it from the app stores by searching "Groovio Business".

The Business app is currently in Beta testing. We're still adding features during this time, so you may notice things changing as we build it out. If you come across any bugs, please let us know so we can get them sorted quickly.
Downloading the App
Open the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android), search for Groovio Business, and install it. Sign in with your usual Groovio studio login.
What You Can Do
From the Business app you can:
Take attendance for your classes.
Process payments, including Tap to Pay directly from your phone (see below).
Check In kiosk mode — students can check themselves in for classes as they arrive, without being able to access any other part of the admin app.
Use chats to message your students.

Lesson plans can't yet be added or viewed in the Business app. To add a lesson plan from your phone, open Groovio in your phone's web browser and log in.
Tap to Pay
Tap to Pay lets you process card payments straight from your phone — the customer simply holds their card (or phone/watch) over your device, with no separate card reader required.
Android — Tap to Pay is live.
Apple (iPhone) — Tap to Pay is not yet live. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.
