Groovio is set up to make it simple for students to book themselves into classes and this is the recommended way to complete bookings.
To book a student into a class you can either click the 'Checkout' option on the left side menu and follow the prompts to choose the student, class and payment method. Or go to the class itself and click 'Add Student'.
CHECKOUT BOOKING (ADMIN)
Adding a student to a scheduled class can be done easily through the Checkout option. Follow these steps:
Go to Checkout: From the left menu, select Checkout.
Select the Student: Choose the student you want to add from the list of students.
Navigate to the Classes Tab: Under the Classes tab, select the Studio Location and Date of the Class for the session you want to book.
Book the Student: Complete the booking for the selected class. If payment is required, select the student’s payment method to finalize the booking.
Tip: When adding a student into a drop-in class, you can also select any of the other upcoming dates that class is scheduled for — letting you book the student into multiple dates in one go.
Using the Checkout method provides a straightforward way to enroll students and handle payments all in one place.

STUDENT APP BOOKING
Follow the below steps to walk through a student booking on the application
1. Open Groovio app and go to studio
2. Click BOOK NOW (Select correct location if multiple location studio)
3. Select the date for the first class
4. Click on the relevant class
5. Click to Book Now
6. Click Accept on any Important Information
7. Alter Booked For if booking for a family member
8. Tick Box Pay in Full if wanting to not just pay deposit
9. Tick Box Accept Waiver Policy
10. Click Pay Now
11. Enter Payment Details (if they have a purchase option that can be used on this class it will come up as an option to select)
12. Tick Box Save for future Groovio payments if wanting to use payment method in the future
13. Click Pay Button
