The very first step to getting started is signing up on Growi.

2. Setting Up Your Brand Profile

After signing up, setting up your brand profile is key to getting your brand ready for creator collaboration.

  • Access Your Profile Page: Click on Hub > Profile in the left navigation bar to begin filling out your brand details.

  • Complete Brand Information:

    • Brand Name & Tagline: Add your brand name and a tagline to convey what your brand is about.

3. Creating Your First Campaign

Once your profile is ready, you can proceed to create your first campaign. Campaigns help you achieve key objectives such as building awareness, generating sales, or expanding reach with the help of creators.

  • Access the Campaign Section: Go to Hub > Campaigns from the main navigation.

  • Click on “Create New Campaign”: This will lead you to fill in details like campaign name, description, budget, and timeline.

  • Setting Campaign Objectives: Be clear about your campaign goals. This will help in selecting the right creators to match your expectations.

4. Managing Creator Applications

Growi allows you to connect directly with creators. Once your campaign is live, creators will begin to apply.

  • View Applications: Navigate to the Applications tab under your campaign to review incoming requests.

  • Approve or Reject Creators: Evaluate the creators based on their fit for your brand. Approve those who align well with your campaign goals.

For more on managing applications, read our Managing Creator Applications Guide.

5. Monitoring Campaign Content

Once you have selected your creators and your campaign is in motion, it's essential to track content performance.

  • Posts: View posts generated by your campaign’s creators in the Posts section under Content.

  • Analytics & Leaderboards: Use the Analytics and Leaderboard sections to monitor key performance metrics like engagement, reach, and top-performing creators.

To dive deeper, check out our Campaign Content Monitoring Guide.

6. Managing Your Team, Integrations, and Billing

The final part of setting up your brand involves getting the administrative side ready.

  • Team Management: Navigate to Settings > Team to add members, assign roles (e.g., Owner, Admin, Viewer), and manage access.

  • Integrations: Growi allows you to integrate with third-party tools like Shopify, Stripe, and TikTok Shop for better campaign management. Set this up under Settings > Integrations.

  • Billing Setup: Ensure that your billing details are in place to facilitate seamless payouts for creators.
