Managing a growing list of creators can get overwhelming fast. That’s why we built Stages—a flexible way for brands to track where each creator stands in your workflow, directly from the Kanban view inside your creator database.

Whether you’re running ongoing outreach or multi-phase campaigns, Stages help you stay organized and focused on what matters most.

What Are Stages?

Stages let you categorize and track creators across your custom workflow. Instead of viewing a long list, you can now see creators grouped into columns—like “Interested,” “Contacted,” or “Approved”—and move them as they progress.

Think of it as a drag-and-drop pipeline for your creator funnel.

Where to Find It

  1. Go to your Creator Database from the sidebar.

  2. Switch to the Kanban view at the top of the page.

  3. You’ll now see all your creators organized by their current stage.

  4. Click on any creator card to view more details—including what stage they’re in.

You can drag creators across stages, or manually update their stage from their profile.
