Add your bank account to your GXE account

Please follow the below instructions to add your bank account information to your GXE account to receive distributions relating to your investments.


  1. Open your "Entities" page - https://portal.gxe.com/v/account/entities

  2. Click the blue text "View details" under the investment entity that you would like to update

  3. Click the blue text "Provide payment information" under the "Payment Information" subheading

  4. Choose whether you are adding an Australian bank account or international and then add your bank information

    Note: If you are adding an international bank account then please add the following items:

    • Bank name, bank address and country, bank phone number, account name, BIC/SWIFT code, account number, account currency

  5. Once you've added your bank account information then click the blue "Submit Payment Details" button

  6. Your investment entity's bank account information is now added to your GXE account!
