Messenger Pigeon is the only study app that offers professionally written human notes. Every recording can be transformed into clear, structured summary notes created by trained note-takers. You can also view, download, and listen back to AI-generated transcripts directly in the app.
To request professional summary notes for your recordings, simply follow these steps:
Record or upload an audio or video session.
After saving your session, click Request Professional Notes on your dashboard. It will appear under the three dot icon on the last column.
If you need to view your professional summary notes:
1. Enter your chosen session.
2. On the floating bar at the bottom, hit the last icon (Settings).
3. A menu will pop up and you'll want to toggle on Professional Notes so the panel shows up.
4. There is a download button on the top right of the Professional Notes panel, where you can download it as a document file or PDF.
💡 If you don’t see the option to request notes, it may mean your school or administrator has not enabled professional notes for your account. If you believe you should have access, you can reach out to your administrator or our Support Team for clarification.
