There are a few reasons why your notes order triggers an error. Here’s a list of what to look out for and what to do:
You’ll know your session is viable (i.e., the audio file is not broken) if you can playback the audio when you open the session. The next thing to look out for is whether or not the file actually reached our servers. If it did, you would get your transcript. Not having a transcript generate is a sign that your audio file has yet to reach our servers and our system does not allow you to order notes if the file has not reached our servers. Wait for your recording to upload before trying to order notes.
If you cannot playback your audio file, then it is likely that the recording or upload process failed and we will not be able to retrieve the file as the upload was unsuccessful and that’s why you won’t be able to order notes for that particular session.
If the title of your session contains emojis, please make sure you remove them. The system currently does not accept session titles with emojis 😭
If you can playback your audio and a transcript has been generated, you might have a notes order restriction placed on your account by your organizational administrator (This does not apply to Personal Users).
Do not hesitate to contact our Support Team if your recording has saved successfully and you still cannot order professional notes.
