If your session is taking a long time to upload or seems stuck:
Keep the app open until the upload finishes.
If the above does not work, log out and back in again to force the app to connect to the temporary storage.
If you are on the mobile app, force quit the app, re-enter, log out and then back in.
Refresh the dashboard by swiping down and leave the app open and active, and connected to the internet for at least 15 minutes.
If that still does not work, open the Settings, tap the version number four times and a new screen should appear.
The version number looks like a string of random numbers with the letter 'v' in front of it.
Press the Force Sync button and send a report.
Leave your app open and connected for another 15 minutes before trying to open the session.
If you are on the web or desktop app and your upload got interrupted, please click the Restore button on the sessions that appear on the top of your dashboard or on the Restore section on the left panel.
You will not be able to restore interrupted sessions and record a new session at the same time, so plan to restore any interrupted sessions when you are not in class.
You need to be connected to the internet.
This is what the recovery screen looks like (below). The Recovery section only pops up if there is an interrupted session that's in queue for uploading.
Whatever you do, please do NOT uninstall the app. You will not be able to retrieve any data that's associated or in queue to be uploaded if the app is uninstalled while you're trying to upload a stubborn file.
⚠️ Important: Deleting the app will permanently delete any recordings that haven’t finished uploading.
