If you are using Messenger Pigeon Web to record audio from an online/video/browser source, you will need to make sure MP Web and the audio source are open on different types of browser.
So for example, if you have MP Web open on Google Chrome, you will need to make sure your audio source or online video is open on another type of browser like Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Same browser recording is not supported because of interfering system inputs. If you are using the desktop app, you should not have the same issue. Regardless, if you are just trying to record the audio itself, you need to make sure your speakers are turned up and your mic is on to detect the sound.
