We offer two main export formats, each serving a different need: a simple CSV file for basic log analysis, and a comprehensive Full Backup file (.sqlite) for a complete snapshot of your account.
This guide explains what data is included in each export type and how to generate the files.
Understanding the Export Formats
Export as .csv
Best For: Analyzing your basic habit completion history in spreadsheet software like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Apple Numbers.

.sqlite(This is a standard database file format). What's Included: This export contains a comprehensive snapshot of everything in your account, including (but not limited to):
Habit Details: All your habits (active and archived), goals, checklists, reminders (time, location, stacking), end conditions, milestones, etc.
