How to connect & sync data from Apple Health to my existing habit without losing my streak?

For each habit, there is only one logging method allowed at a time.

If you do not want to lose your 30-day streak, you can first record the data of your last 30 days to the Apple Health app on your phone. Then, create a new habit synced with the Apple Health app, which can sync those data as well.
