Whether you've gotten a new phone or want to use Habitify on your computer, this guide will show you how to sign in and get all your data synced up.
The most important step is to sign in with the exact same method you used when you first created your account. Habitify accounts can be linked to one of three methods:
Apple ID
Google Account
Email & Password
Using a different method will accidentally create a new, empty account.
Signing In on Phone App
If you've just downloaded the Habitify app on a new phone, follow these steps to access your existing account.
Find the "Sign In" Option
After opening the app for the first time, you will see a welcome screen. Instead of tapping "Let's Begin," look for the text at the bottom of the screen that says "Already have an account? Sign In" and tap on it.
Choose Your Original Sign-In Method
You will see the options to "Continue with Apple," "Continue with Google," or "Continue with Email." Choose the one that matches your original account.
Once you've authenticated, all your habits and progress will sync to your new phone.
Signing In on the Web App
Open your web browser and go to the official Habitify website: https://habitify.me
In the top-right corner of the homepage, click the "Sign In" button.
You will be taken to the sign-in page. Just like on the phone, choose the exact same method (Apple, Google, or Email) that your account is linked to.
Signing In on the Desktop App
After installing, open the app. You can directly reach out to the signing-in screen.

Troubleshooting: Accidentally sign into a new blank account
If you've signed in and see a blank screen instead of your habits, don't worry! This is the most common issue and is very easy to fix.
This almost always happens when you've accidentally created a new, empty account by choosing the wrong sign-in method (for example, you signed in with Google, but your original account used your Apple ID).
How to Fix It on Phone App
Go to the Settings tab in the app.
Tap on your Account at the top,
Scroll the the bottom, then choose "Sign Out."
You will be taken back to the sign-in screen. This time, be sure to sign in with your original, correct method.
In case you are currently in a Guest Account, follow these steps:
In the Account screen, tap on Sign up with Email, entering a random email address and password, then tap on Sign Up.
Option to Sign Out will appear at the bottom of profile screen, tap on it.
Otherwise, you can choose to Delete Account to delete the newly-created one.
You will be back to the first screen to sign in to your existing account.
How to Fix it on Web App
Tap on your Account at the top of the sidebar, then choose "Sign Out."
You will be taken back to the sign-in screen. This time, be sure to sign in with your original, correct method.
How to Fix it on Desktop App
Tap on your Account at the top right corner, then choose "Sign Out."
You will be taken back to the sign-in screen. This time, be sure to sign in with your original, correct method.
Your data will then appear exactly as you left it.
