One of the best features of Habitify is the ability to track your habits seamlessly across all your devices, whether you're moving to a new phone or using both a phone and a laptop.

To do this, you must have a registered Habitify account. A "Guest" account is stored only locally on a single device and will not sync.

Step 1: Secure Your Account on Your Original Device

Before you can sign in elsewhere, you must first ensure your current account is linked to an online sign-in method. If you are currently using a "Guest" account, you need to connect it to an email, Google, or Apple ID.

Here are detailed guides for each method:

Once your account is linked, you're ready for the next step.

Step 2: Sign In on Your New Device

Download the Habitify app on your new phone, tablet, or computer. Crucially, sign in with the exact same method you used in Step 1.

Once you sign in with the correct method, all your habits and progress will automatically sync.

Troubleshooting: "My Data Didn't Sync!"

The most common reason for data not appearing on a new device is accidentally creating a second, empty account by choosing a different sign-in method.

How to Fix It: Simply log out of the new, empty account (from Settings > Account > Log Out), and then log back in using your original sign-in method. Your data will then appear.
