Troubleshooting: "Reset All Data" & "Delete All Data" Not Working

If you are using Habitify version 28.0 on either iOS or Android, you may have noticed that the "Reset All Data" and "Delete All Data" features in the "Cautious Zone" of your profile are currently not functioning as expected.

This is a known issue. We are sharing this information to be fully transparent about its status and to save you the time and frustration of trying to use these features or waiting for support.

What is the Current Status?

Please be assured that our development team has identified the problem and is actively working on a fix.

What Should I Do in the Meantime?

For now, please do not attempt to use these features repeatedly, as they will not work correctly. We kindly ask for your patience as we work to resolve this in a future update.

Please note that this bug is isolated to these two functions only. All other features of the app, including your habit tracking, syncing, and all of your data, are safe and working normally.

We sincerely apologize for this major inconvenience. We are making this a priority and will release a hotfix version as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and continued support while we work on it.
