On the Phone App (iOS & Android)
Open the Habitify app. On the initial screen, tap "Already have an Account? Sign in here".
From the dragged menu, tap the "Reset Password" option.
In the pop-up, enter the email address associated with your Habitify account and tap "Send Reset Email".
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder!) to get the reset link, and follow the prompts to create your new password.
On website app:
In Forget Password?, click Reset here.
Enter your account email, Google, or Apple address that is linked with your email.
Click Submit button.
Check in your inbox or spam to get the reset link
Set a new password, and try to sign in your account again.
β οΈ Troubleshooting: "I Didn't Receive the Reset Email!"
If you've requested a reset link but haven't received it, please try the following:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: This is the most common reason. Please thoroughly check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email from a
habitify.me
address.Wait a Few Minutes: Sometimes, there can be a small delay in email delivery. Please wait up to 10 minutes.
Check for Typos: Try the reset process again, making sure there are no typos in the email address you enter.
Contact Us: If you've tried all of the above and still haven't received the email, please contact us at contact@habitify.me from the email address you are trying to reset, and we will assist you further.
