Building habits is more fun (and successful!) when you do it together. Once you've created your Challenge and committed your goal, it's time to bring in your squad.
A Challenge needs at least 2 members (including you, the owner) who have committed to their goals before it can officially start.
How to Invite People
Open your Challenge and tap on the "Invite Members" button.
A sharing pop-up will appear with a unique link to your Challenge.
You can share this link in several ways:
Send via Message: Send it directly through your messaging apps (iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
Share Link: Use the system share sheet to post it on social media or send via email.
Copy Link: Copy the URL to your clipboard and paste it anywhere you like.
Managing Who Can Join
As the host, you have control over who enters your Challenge. You can find these options in the the sharing challenge screen.
Option 1: Auto Approve (Open to All)
If you want to make it easy for anyone with the link to join instantly, enable the "Auto Approve" setting.
Friends can join immediately without waiting for you. This is convenient for the large community challenges or casual groups.
Option 2: Approval Required (Private Group)
If you disable "Auto Approve," anyone who clicks your link must send a request to join.
If you agree to let someone join, go to the "About" tab of your Challenge to see a list of Pending Requests. Tap to approve or decline each person.
This gives you total control over who is in the group. It is the best for private challenges with close friends or family.
Once your friends have joined and committed their goals, your Challenge is ready to begin!
