What is the Reflection Feature?
Tracking habits is only one side of the personal growth coin—understanding how your routines affect your mental well-being is the other.
The Reflection feature in Habitify is your dedicated mindfulness space. It is designed to help you log your daily emotions, review your progress, and connect the dots between your habits and your mood.
What’s Inside Your Reflection Screen?
When you open your Reflection space, you will find a beautifully organized summary of your entire day:
Section | What It Displays |
Top 3 Recent Habits | A visual row of your three most recently checked-in habits. If you added an image to a habit's note today, that image will display right here as a visual memory! |
Mood & Habit Stats | Your logged mood (e.g., Great, Good, Okay, Down, Rough) displayed alongside the exact number of completed, skipped, and failed habits for that day. |
Daily Journal Notes | The thoughts and journals you logged alongside your mood. |
Habit-Specific Notes | A aggregated list of every individual note you wrote under your habits throughout the day (e.g., a note under your "Read Book" habit). |
